Summer Screening Series
Angelenos are invited to discover and explore their changing urban landscape when the Filmmobile projects an array of classic films at (actual or implied) cinematic locations across the city. Local historians, film preservationists and filmmakers provide introductions and context.

* Them under the 6th Street Bridge, downtown
* Sunset Boulevard across from the Paramount Gates in Hollywood
* Safety Last at Olive and 7th Streets, downtown with live accompaniment by Erik Hietter
* A Salute to Edendale: a program of early silent shorts at Echo Park Lake with live musical accompaniment by Non Credo, Marshweed, Team Andrew, Professor Cantaloupe, Magic Gas, and The Grizzly Owls. Co-presented with the Echo Park Historical Society
* The Music Box at Vendome and Sunset Boulevard in Silver Lake
* The Exiles next to Angel’s Flight downtown with Preservationist Ross Lipman
